Christmas Caroling, Lutheran Home in Shrewsbury PA, December 22, 2007

Organized by a member of the Troop 205 committee, all Scouts from local units were invited to attend. The 33 carolers met in the lobby of the first building, and walked through each wing caroling to the residents. On a few occasions residents joined us in singing their favorite songs, and a few also walked from room to room singing with the boys and girls. We then moved on to a second resident building, caroling down the street of the various houses located on the Lutheran grounds. The grandparents of one Girl Scout were there, and joined us for a few songs. On Silent Night, we were accompanied by a Boy Scout on his guitar. Afterwards, we all enjoyed cocoa and cookies before heading home.
