Pack 205 Blue and Gold

On February 16, 2013, representatives of Troop 205 were invited to the Pack 205 Blue and Gold ceremony
to see Ian, Rohit, Alex, Corbin, J.C., Matt, Matt, Chase and Zachary bridge over to become Troop 205 Boy Scouts.
The theme of this year's Blue and Gold is science.

To open the night, the Colors are posted and Pledge of Allegiance is recited.

The Cubs made some really cool cakes that where also delicious.

The Entertainment for tonight included some very funny skits by the Cub scouts.

The Arrow of Light award is the highest award available to Cub Scouts.
It requires the Scout to have earned the Webelos Scout badge and eight activity badges.
The Arrow of Light award is the only Cub Scout award that can be worn on a Boy Scout uniform.

Scoutmaster Mike of Troop 205 unveils a rank board created by Troop 205's Mr. Steve and Mr. Scott.
The rank board has clothes pins with the scouts name that move up the ladder when the boys earn the next rank.
The board is similar to a rank board used by the troop and is displayed at most Scouting events.
Now the bridging Cubs from Pack 205 can move their clothespin to the Troop 205 rank board when they bridge over.

To begin the bridging over ceremony, the Nine Webelos II line up with their families.
Cubmaster Mike has some special bracelets to give to all the Webelos II.

As the Ceremony is read by Troop 205 Senior Patrol Leader Eric, the scouts build the bridge.
